I am the best version of me that today needs me to be.

I am enough

I am grateful that I have life

I am thankful for all that I have and all that I will have

I love myself

I am worthy of love. Even when I think it’s hard to love me.

I am loved.

I am valuable to this Earth

I can change for the better

Today, I can and will be better than my yesterday

Who I am, is okay.

I will share love.

Today may not be the best but I will see the best in today.
