sheCEO Project

The sheCEO project aims empower marginalised girls and young women aged 13-19 in guiding them towards building their own businesses and fostering better future aspirations.

The project spans 9 weeks, with the first 3 weeks focusing on interactive sessions and the subsequent 6 weeks  dedicated to mentorship and business development, culminating in a Graduation Pitch Fest.

The girls are also given a £150 cash budget at week 3 to help with launching the business or service, with supervision and support from their mentor. The project can be delivered in schools via our sheCEO schools project and in the community via our sheCEO community project.

We have so far supported 46 girls in starting up their own business since August 2023!

The sheCEO project is currently fully funded by the London Mayor’s Violence Reduction Unit.

Participants will not bear any cost.
