beingHER Girls Space (Croydon)

Our vision for the beingHER Safe Space is to create a secure and inviting environment for girls aged 11-18, offering them a place to go after school and on weekends, especially those whose parents/ guardians work late or multiple jobs.

We ve designed the space with input from the girls in our community, ensuring it reflects a comfortable, dreamy home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Here, girls can engage in 1-on-1 conversations with our youth support workers, utilise our small study area, participate in our projects and sessions in our cozy circle time space, or simply enjoy our evening movie nights.

We hope this space serves as a safe haven for girls in Croydon and beyond, providing a nurturing ground where they can flourish.
